Lemonade: Detroit is a fantastic short by Erik Proulx. In 17 minutes he gives the most accurate and inspiring portrayal of Detroit I’ve seen and makes me excited for all of the promise that the city holds. I grew up in the suburbs of Detroit and I have so much respect for the amazing people working to revitalize the city. And I am honored to make a (very short) cameo in the film as I closed Joe Faris’ runway show at Fashion In Detroit in 2009.
